Snipshot

I found it easy to download a picture to snishop and edit it. However, I had a great deal of trouble posting it to my blog. The first picture I edited wouldn't load to my blog. I don't know why. I chose another picture, and by trial and error got it on my blog. Not the best enhancement of the photo, but, hey, I got it there!

Flickr Stuff

Custom Bumper Stickers and Postage Stamps with Flickr pictures--now that's pretty cool! I like Spell with flickr too. I am very interested in making Postage Stamps. I always buy the newest stamps even if I'm just using them to mail bills. I plan to explore making my own stamps.

Not having many pictures to upload to Flickr has been a little frustrating. I have a picture on Flickr, but the trick is how do I get it to my blog? I'll keep trying........

Online Safety

The Internet is a wonderful tool, but it is scary to think that good and bad people use the Internet. I think it is easier for older adults to take this in than for younger people who have grown up with the new technology. Since most of their friends are on My Space and have online diaries, they think they are only communicating with friends and friends of friends. It takes "Stranger Danger" to a new level.

Blogging Fun

It has been fun setting up my blog the way I want it, but I keep changing my mind about how I want it to look!

Newcomer

I am a newcomer to blogging, as well as to other forms of technological communications. I am proficient in e-mailing and couldn't live without my computer, but I'm excited to learn more about the new tech things that the younger generation considers second nature. I look forward to learning as much as I can.

I love learning new things, and I don't think any of the learning habits shown in the video will be a problem for me.
